Returns & Exchanges

To successfully return your order, your items must meet the following rules:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (UAE orders only).
  • Items must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Important Information

Please note:

  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable for UAE deliveries.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Opened hygiene or safety-sealed baby products cannot be returned.
  • Items that are used, opened, or not in original packaging may be rejected.
  • Delivery and postage charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available free of charge for UAE orders.
  • Exchanges are limited to replacement of the same or similar product.
  • All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and assessed.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Notify our Customer Care Team within 14 days of purchase.
  • We may request the product to be returned for inspection.
  • If confirmed faulty or incorrect:
    • The item will be repaired or replaced.
    • Return shipping costs will be covered by Love To Dream™.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Care Team with your order details.
  • Follow the return instructions provided.
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged for return.

Products Purchased from Retailers

If your product was purchased through a third-party retailer (such as Amazon or other stores):

  • Returns and exchanges must be handled directly with the original retailer.
  • Please contact the store of purchase for assistance.

Terms of Return

Love To Dream™ reserves the right to:

  • Assess all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
  • Reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
  • Determine whether a fault is due to:
    • Manufacturing defect (eligible), or
    • Normal wear and tear (not eligible).

Promotional Items

  • Products purchased before a promotion are not eligible for price adjustments or partial refunds.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the original purchase price only.
