UAE Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: Available across the UAE (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
  • Free Shipping: Available on selected promotions or minimum order values (if applicable).

International Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
  • All applicable duties, taxes, and additional charges are payable by the customer.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • Dispatch Timeline:
    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Delivery Times

UAE Deliveries

  • Delivery is typically completed within 2-5 business days after dispatch.

International Deliveries

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and may take 7–10 business days or more, subject to customs clearance.

  • Love To Dream™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notification or contact you for re-delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
  • Items must be returned in unopened, unused and original condition for assessment.
  • Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.
