- Wash before first use
- Close zipper before washing
- Warm gentle machine wash in wash bag with similar colours
- Pull into shape after washing, before tumble drying/line drying
- Tumble dry on low
- Any warm or extra warm garments – tumble dry inside out on second cycle for quicker drying
- Warm iron if necessary
- Wash immediately after every use
- Do not soak or bleach garment, iron zip or dry clean
- Dark printed colours may fade or change after washing. This does not compromise the quality or comfort of our products.
Safety
All garments we produce are INPAA approved, as well as certified to the relevant safety standards applicable to those particular garments. Love To Dream garments are made to comply to some of the strictest requirements in the world. Dependant of the garment style and country it is supplied to, some of these requirements include standards and regulations such as BS EN 16781, AS/NZS 1249, CFR1610 or CFR1615.
Returns Policy
- Returns are available within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase only for deliveries within the UAE
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened items cannot be returned.
- Returns and exchanges are not available for products shipped internationally.
- Exchanges are available free of charge for replacement products only for UAE deliveries.
- Refunds are issued after assessment of returned products. Postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
- Notify us within 14 days if the product is faulty.
- We may request the product be sent to the office for assessment.
- Faulty products will be repaired or replaced; postage to return will be covered by Love To Dream™.
Temperature Information
Finding the right TOG rating and dressing your baby appropriately for the temperature can be confusing. Every baby feels hot and cold differently, ambient temperatures fluctuate, and layering impacts thermal effectiveness. It's not a one-size-fits-all approach, but understanding these factors can help.
At Love to Dream, we use the industry-recognised measurement system called TOG. TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade and helps simplify the process of choosing the right garment(s) for your baby.
Put simply The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric.
TOG Rating Guide- 0.2 TOG:Ideal for room temperatures between24–27°C.
- 1.0 TOG:Ideal for room temperatures between 20–24°C.
- 1.5 TOG: Ideal for room temperatures between 18–22°C.
- 2.5 TOG:Ideal for room temperatures between 16–20°C.
- 3.5 TOG:Ideal for room temperatures below 16°C.

All babies are different, and the number of clothing layers may vary depending on a baby’s health, physiology, and the room environment. Caregivers should always monitor the room temperature and the child’s comfort. Check your baby regularly to ensure they are comfortable and not overheating.
